To Improve Your Rank:

1) Your Admiral, Vice Admiral or Squad Leader may promote you based on your actions and commitment at any time; or

2) You may request your Squad Leader to promote you based on good reason; or

3) You may challenge a member with one ranking higher than your own from any squadron for their position. The challengee may accept and choose the terms; if he does not accept, his rank will be forfeited to the challenger. If you win, you become the new rank in that squadron and the other member becomes your old rank. If you do not win, you retain your current rank. Challenges may be made at any time. Challenges to a specific member may be done once every two weeks. Your Admiral, Vice Admiral or one of the Squad Leaders must approve the challenge and be present at the time of the battle. Fleet Administrator and Squad Leaders may not be challenged for their position unless the battle is approved by your Fleet Admiral.
